Professional background

Over three decades in quality management, process improvement and systems assessment across aerospace, defence and IT services. Roles have included Quality Manager, Principal Quality Management Consultant and Director of Omniprove Ltd since 2009.

Led and delivered process improvement and assurance based on ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, TickIT and TickITplus, CMMI-DEV and CMMI-ACQ.
Authorised SCAMPI Class A Lead Appraiser with extensive Class A/B/C appraisal experience for internal and external clients.
Provided training and audits for LRQA and courses for IT Governance.
Member of the Joint TickIT/Industry Steering Committee (JTISC); contributor to the TickITplus Base Process Library and Foundation Course.
