Adding Outcome Information

Outcome information can be added to the 'Org Outcome' section although this is not required for Foundation and Bronze levels in the TickITplus scheme.

If outcome information is to be entered it can be done in the same way as when entering 'Org Practice' information and the same ribbon options and zoom facilities is available, see Adding Base Practice Information.
