Manage Action Status

You can change, delete or add status values and set their priority order.

You can select which action values are printed by ticking or unticking an action status under the Print colum.

Action status values can be changed as follows:

You can change the order of the status by altering the 'Sort' number and you can change the status wording by editing the 'Status description' field. You can also add additional status values against the asterisk field.

By selecting the option under 'Print' for a status you can select whether actions with that status will be printed on the PRM print.

You can also delete fields by selecting one or more fields and pressing the delete key. Multiple consecutive status fields can be selected by holding the shift key while selecting a field. A confirmation box will be displayed if you have set reporting options to anything other than errors only.

Note that this feature is only available with registered versions.
