Technical Support

We provide technical support by e-mail to registered users of PRMate only.

Please use the support request  from the help menu drop-down in PRMate and provide your name, an email address, the registered system ID number shown when you registered PRMate and a description of your support request.

We process most support requests and orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours of sending an email, it is likely that we have a problem with your email address. Please contact us again.
