The Control tab is where you can load a Base Process library and manage the components of the PRMate tool.
It has the following setting and controls:

Load BPL |
Load a Base Process Library from the MS Word version of the BPL |

Delete BPL Version |
Allows you to delete one or more BPLs. WARNING, this will delete everything associated with the BPL including all the PRMs linked to the BPL version being deleted. |

Change PRM DB |
Allow you to change to a different PRM database file |

Manage Work Products |
This allows you to manage work products. You can delete, rename and add work products here. |

Manage Defined Processes |
This allows you to manage Defined Processes. You can delete, rename and add defined processes. If you delete a defined process, all organisational practices will be deleted. However, references to work products will be retained. |

Manage Actions |
Allows you to see all the actions for a particular version of a PRM, filter, sort, change, and jump to the associated base practice. It also allows you to change the action status fields. |

Export (registered version only) |
Allows you to export one or more defined processes to an MS Excel file. MS Excel needs to be installed to use this feature. |

Import (registered version only) |
Allows you to import one or more defined processes from an Excel file. MS Excel needs to be installed to use this feature |

Reporting Options |
This allows you to select the level or PRMate reporting. |

This allows you to set certain program options. |

Referenced Work Product delete Options |
This specifies what happens if a referenced work product is deleted. |

These options allow you to define how imported Defined Processes are handled in certain situations. |

Allows you to print the current PRM in a report |

Customer Word PRM (registered version only) |
Allow you to create a MS Word template for the PRM and then create specific MS Word PRM documents which can be saved as HTML fiules. |
