List Work Product Uses

The work product form also shows you how many times the work product has been used as either an IWP, OWP or in the organisational practice field.

Additionally, you can double click on any count fields or on the button towards the left of each row to bring up a list of all the practices that use the work product. The button will list all uses whereas the individual count fields will list the particular use associated with the count field selected.

The list can be filtered using the filter option on either the base practice, the type or both. For example to filter the "online recruitment page" work product (right example) for just ORG.2 uses, the filter would be set up as:

If the Ref field is double clicked the underlying PRM table entry will be taken to the corresponding practice. The work product selection form will be closed because it is now not clear where any selected work product should be entered, but the work product uses form remains open to allow you to continue to jump around the work product uses. At any time you can edit the underlying PRM entry.

Note that the work product use form is only available on registered versions.
