Input and output work products can be added under the 'Organisational IWP' and 'Organisaitonal OWP' sections. This is done by double clicking in the section or by entering either sections and pressing the return key.
When either approach is done, a window will be displayed to allow you to add, delete, remove, select or change a work product.
Work products can be selected using the button on the left side or deleted using the delete button
.
You can select as many work products as you like and then press the 'Process' button to add the work products to your PRM. You can also clear all selected work products by pressing the 'Clear All' button, but the form will not close. Pressing 'Quit' will exit the window without altering any of your work product selections.
If you have a long list of work products it is also possible to search for a work product using the top drop-down. As characters are entered matching work products will be suggested. Once the return key or tab key is pressed the work product will be selected.
If you enter a work product which is not in the your work product list you will be asked if you want to add it. If you say no then you can select from a list of work products or re-enter the name of an existing work product. If you do add the work product it will be selected by default and the form entry will be position on the work product selection button . Pressing the tab key will move to the work product name box, then pressing tab key again will move to the work product description box and finally pressing tab key again will return to the work product search drop-down.
Entering a work product name that already exists in the work product search drop-down and pressing the tab key will position the form entry on the work product selection button and the tab key sequence described above can be used. Pressing the shift-tab key will reverse the sequence.
It is also possible to manage (add, rename, delete) work products from the 'Manage WPs' button on the Control Tab. In this case, selection of a work product has no meaning, but there is an option to delete all work products.
Note: changing work product here will affect all uses of the work product.
