Navigating the PRM tab

Sections on the PRM tab can be navigated using the mouse by selecting any of the areas 1, 2, 4 and 7 through 12. The input (5) and output work product (6), and the standard references (3) cannot be selected. However, if there are more than 4 standards, the standard references can be scrolled left and right to view the references using the left and right buttons at the top of the standard references (3).

It is also possible to move from one field to the next using the tab key or backwards using the shift-tab key. The sequence is shown below.

If no defined process has been added the tab key will go from practice section (4) back to the process section (1) and the shift-tab will do the reverse.

While in the BPL process selection (1), outcome/attribute selection (2) or practice section (4) you can use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down the various lists.

While editing information in any of the organisational PRM fields (Organisational Practice, Organisational IWP, Organisational OWP or Organisational Outcome) it is possible to move up and down the base practices by using the control down arrow or control up arrow.
