PRM Revisions

Creating PRMs allow you to create versions of a complete PRM, but it will be necessary to also maintained some form of revision history for changes to the PRM versions. The PRM Revision form does this.

Once you have created a PRM Versions it will then be possible to add revision information consisting of a revision identifier, date, author, approver and a description.

You can add as many revisions as you like and once finished press 'Done' to return to the main Setup Tab.

The main PRM Version form will show you the last revision entered.

The revision information will be displayed on the first page of the PRM prints.
